Duty free service is available at selected stores.
■Akachan Honpo charges a tax-free purchase fee of 1.1% of the purchase price of tax-free products.
■To make tax-free purchases, please carry out the prescribed procedures at the Akachan Honpo Tax-Free Counter.
■Buy general goods totaling 5,000 yen (excl. tax) or more or consumable supplies totaling between 5,000 yen and 500,000 yen (excl. tax) in a single day to be eligible for tax-free purchase.
Buy general goods and consumable supplies with a combined total of between 5,000 yen and 500,000 yen (excl.tax) in a single day to be eligible for tax-free purchase.
NB: To be eligible for tax-free purchase in both categories, the criteria must be met in each category.
■Point cards are exclusively available to residents of Japan. Foreign tourists are not eligible to apply for point cards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

●Japanese nationals living overseas
・Persons who can confirm with documentary evidence that they have been continuously residing outside of Japan for at least two years.
